I was asked by a lady with short hair to wait a little and after waiting for 30 minutes she never called me! Then a couple arrived and she attended them right away. Being a person of color I viewed this incident as discrimination and left for never to return.

A few days ago I had a wonderful experience with Angela, I told Angela how people tend to not find my veins and poke me 6-8x. However Angela was super understanding, gentle, and she was able to find my veins with no problems! Would definitely recommend getting your blood drawn by her to everyone! :)
