200 Church St, WallingfordFirstly we couldn’t have been more happy with Marie work! She is an excellent groomer. She takes her time with your pup and goes at a pace they are comfortable. Our Oliver was a bit nervous and then he got to know Marie as she was grooming him and was loving on her when she was finished giving him his first full spa day! She is honest and very knowledgeable and a very sweet person. We will definitely be returning for many more spa days for our boy Oliver!! ??

220 N Colony St, WallingfordI've been coming here since 1981. In other words I've been with Rod since he first started! My children were still in diapers. This place is professional, courteous, clean and it's obvious that they love animals. My cat gets a Lion cut which is perfect each and every time. My long haired German Shepherds always needed extra attention on their fur. When boarding is required there is no hesitation. My dogs arrive calm and are picked up happy. Years later , not only do I still remain a loyal client, but my three grown sons are also delighted and loyal to Rid and Village Pet Spa.

Yalesville Veterinary Hospital
322 Church St, WallingfordI’m new to the area so finding a veterinarian for my cat was difficult. Yalesville Did great with my cat which is a big deal because my cat only knows me so she’s Not friendly at all. Yalesville had me give my cat gabapentin the night before and again 2 hours before her appointment to calm her down. This REALLY helped, my cat was way more relaxed and let the veterinarian do everything they needed to do during her checkup including her immunizations.

From the moment I walked through the door with my 4 month old male boxer I knew I had found the best of the best. (The terrific things I heard helped as well) The attention to detail of both myself and my dog, Colt were amazing. Lenny and his team noticed immediately Colt was a hard driven worker and afraid of nothing. He caught on very quickly and off we went thanks to their experience in identifying the needs of every dog.After our last session . Last May, Colt got sick and just recently got back to normal. Thankfully!Anyone looking for or trying to decide on a training facility either basic puppy training or obedience training, I would look not further!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by their incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, who made me feel right at home. They really know their stuff and are so passionate about what they do—it made the whole experience that much more enjoyable.
As for the cider, it's absolutely delicious! They have such a fantastic variety, with something for everyone, whether you’re into sweet, dry, or something in between. Each sip is a perfect balance of flavor, and you can really taste the craftsmanship in every pour.

1339 Whirlwind Hill Rd, WallingfordThere is no doubt that Gouveia is photographer’s dream, and as full-time wedding photographers, we have captured engagements and even surprise proposals here on the beautiful property. Whenever a client asks about a nice view in the hills, a vineyard or winery, something that feels almost like Europe, we tell them we should go here! We love how much the owners and staff allow us to use the property with ease. The scenic vineyard looks like a perfect set was constructed for us, and the long leading lines of the rows and driveway all help our captures. We love going by the pond with couples, too, making it feel even more like we have transported to somewhere that isn’t Connecticut. It’s never a problem having other visitors there, or being able to hide and then catch the moment the proposal is happening. You can blend in and then pop out with any family or friends to the jubilant couple, moving right into the engagement session on the perfect property for it. Sunsets are always because of the clouds, and if you hit the right evening, it can be unforgettable here. The couples all grab some glasses at some point as well and love the offerings Gouveia has in all regards. 5 Pent Rd, WallingfordI adopted 3 dogs within 6 months from WAC.They are the best decisions we ever made.Unfortunately, 2 have since passed away.But we are grateful that we had them for the time we had them for. Of course, forever is still not enough time. But the 2 and 3 years that we had with Simmie and Daisy, we will cherish forever. Thankfully, we still have Mia, and we would love to be able to find her a sister, brother or both...Only time will tellThank you WAC, and thank you my fur babies, for saving us.
