“Cannot recommend this place enough. Amongst other great experiences, today I had the pleasure of working with Derek and Joey. I needed to replace my car battery. My car is older so I was nervous that the alternator or the starter may need to be replaced. Joey ran all the tests on my car and took the time to explain the readings. Thankfully, it was just the battery. I was expecting to spend $150-200 however, when I went back inside, Derek asked me if I wanted a free, top of the line battery. I was shocked and it turns out that I was selected as the winner of a promotion! I got a battery with a value of $275. I cannot thank Derek and Joey enough. “My experience with Vinny at JR's was limited but he was super friendly and knowledgeable for the entire process so I really wanted to write a review out of appreciation.A dead tree trunk fell onto my windshield, and initially it looked like it would be an easy fix, but we (me, the insurance people, and Vinny) all wondered if there was some damage in the engine compartment, which part of the trunk pierced into.From the start, Vinny talked about his strategy when working with insurance companies, and everything he said made a lot of sense. He's knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate in the region.Unfortunately my insurance company declared my car a total loss, so I can't say anything specific about the quality of Vinny's repairs. What I can say is that he walked me through every issue they found, the conundrum they faced in determining whether it was totaled or not, and let me know the next steps. It all made sense to me by the end of it. He never spoke down to me.Vinny didn't get much money out of taking care of my car and all the time spent explaining things to me: he just got a storage fee for a few days. It's clear his top priority is good service and not the bottom line. “I've been bringing my Murano's for service here for over a decade. They could not be more knowledgeable or accommodating. Any issues they find, they take me out to the car and explain the best resolution. If a fix that I paid for fails, they quickly remediate the issue at no charge. If they need to hold my car for more than an hour or two, they always have a loaner for me. I have lots of options where to bring my car for service, including a garage that is 4 minutes away from my home, and I still drive the 35 minutes because I trust them implicitly. And that is the key reason. I trust them fully. Not to mention that my 12 year old Murano runs like a dream!”
