“John is my favorite person of the day. He has been so kind from the minute we met at 9 am when I dropped off my car to the minute I picked up the car at 4:30 pm.

The problem was not the glass in the door, but instead the regulator. John advised us to pick one up and they would install it. So a quick trip to the store later, it was dropped off. The service fee to get the installation done was totally reasonable and it was all done the same day, which on a Saturday is a whole other miracle.
