“Outstanding service from start to finish... I was having a nightmare of a time dealing with a leaking rear window installed by someone else and Jimmy from the Hamden location went outside of the spectrum of glass replacement technician and went Sherlock Holmes on the issue. Needless to say; they fixed my problem; replaced the seal and saved the glass so I didn't have to pay extra to get my tint replaced. The managers made sure I was well informed throughout the entire process; the staff was very professional and went out of their way to make me happy customer. Payless Auto Glass in Hamden, CT is an absolute gem!!!”
