The one of the fixed porch doors cracked and shuttered, still stayed in place, but they came on such a short notice and taped the glass for a few days. After only 3 days, they came and installed the new glass door although it seemed to be a complicated job. Carlos was always available to communicate, and workers who came were true professionals, and gave their opinion about what possibly happened according to their experience with the same problem.Thank you, we appreciate your help very much and we know now where to turn if we have any problem with the windows or the glass doors!”

Andre was great listening to all of my questions and issues. The question was whether the issue was electric. He wouldn't let me go forward with replacing my window until I had ruled out all of the other potential problems. The window was just replaced and is working fine (issue turned out to be the glass).
