They really get to know you. To be honest a while back I was going to change banks as I did not have direct deposit but I didn't want to lose the experience of the staff. Now I DO have the opportunity to have direct deposit but I continue to go deposit my checks to go see my People's people!”

“I called customer service today after 4 pm and was put on hold for 40 minutes plus. Was told that the waiting period would be 15 - 22 minutes. After more than 40 minutes tape message came on and no one picked up until 14 minutes later. Customer service advised that they took care of my problem and I hung up and found that my problem was still there. Tried calling back and waiting for an hour plus and no one ever picked up. Placed my call the next day during regular business hours and got excellent service. I think the after hour staff is falling down on the job. People bank check it out by just calling in yourself.”
