“Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I was greeted, the line went quickly and Carmen was friendly, helpful and efficient. I didn’t sense any type of attitudes or bad energy whatsoever. I will say when I called about 20 minutes after they opened I didn’t get anyone to pick up but again-going in and completing my task quickly with good service made up for it. Even the security guard was nice! We all have things we go through in life so instead of projecting these issues, we can offer some empathy and kind conversation instead :)”

“We've been People's customers for 40 years and generally have found them to be very responsive. This Fairfield branch has been our "home" branch for 10 years and we've always been pleased with their service. Recently my computer was hacked and our bank information compromised. A staff member at the bank (shout out to Gina) took immediate charge of cutting off online banking and closing our accounts. When we came in she had all the paperwork prepared to open all new accounts. She's followed this through every step of the way. Unfortunately only those unhappy with service seem to post reviews.”
