“I must say the team over at Detail Masters in Stratford, CT out did themselves with this one! I purchased this truck used from Fairfield Market Place and I knew it was going to be a project to help restore it back to a place where it looked like it came off the lot.I took it to a local detial car place when I got it, but the work they did was no where compared to the work Detail Masters did today! Top to bottom, inside out, every door, door knob, door hedge, carpet, seat, light fixture, you name it, if it was in the truck they were detailing it. I walked in shocked at the work they had put in. I dropped off one truck and got a whole new one.The team was so professional. They walked me through everything before I said let's move forward. They were very knowledgeable, and didn't come across like people just trying to sell me something. The building was clean including the lounge, and bathroom, and they even offered me something to drink while I waited.Hands down the best in this area! “I initially took my car here for emissions testing - they were friendly & efficient. While there, I made an appointment to have my brakes looked at the following week. The owner jumped right in asking questions & showing sincere interest in the issue I was noticing with my brakes. I was able to drop my car off the night before my appointment. Chad was great about communicating with updates & explaining what needed to be done and why. The estimates provided and final bill felt very fair based on the work done. The final touch was when I picked up my car… they gave me a folder with the paper work, a thank you card with a coupon, air freshener, key chain, pen, and even a pack of m&ms. “The best mechanic I’ve ever been to. Long story short was in a small isolated accident. My car needed a two tire replacement, and an alignment. Got it taken care of in Danbury but the mechanic in Danbury returned my car with more damage. My insurance already paid a pretty penny and the guys in Danbury were going to charge me an arm and leg for a vacuum pump replacement. I tell my story to Bryan. Nice guy. He takes a look at it. Says to give him two weeks. Calls me back in a week tells me the price and it’s a fraction of the price. I give him the go ahead. I get my car back, he gives it an oil change and changes my latch on the trunk so it can close properly! Didn’t ask for it but I mentioned it. Like I said real nice guy. Will not go to anyone else. There wasn’t this ritual money haggle dance.. all business and straight forward. Super professional. I wish I went to them first. If you’re looking for a place with integrity while working on your machine. This is the spot. Trust me you won’t regret it. I’d give these guys a 10 star if I could.”

“My GMC Truck engine failed, I went to Crosby's Ferry Blvd Sunoco service , relayed the message To the Owner, he put his best mechanic Mike to Scan the engine . The results I needed a new engine or a rebuilt engine. Dave Crosby said he'll find be the best way and to save money! Next day Dave found that GMC dealer discontinued my Engine block and V8 Heads ! GMC knew they may a bad engine, so they discontinued it. Dave again went back to his computer and found a place in Jasper Illinois that would rebuild my Original Engine . Dave and Mike took out my Complete Engine and Jasper's Truck was there the next day , in 2- weeks my engine returned and Dave an Mike Reinstalled my engine ! I am very satisfied with the expert Job they did , plus they checked out my brakes front an back , fixing the Calipers. He whole job cost $3,025.00 ! I'm most Satisfied with their excellent Job done ! I now have piece of mind while I'm retired and with my favorite Truck!”

THEY ARE HONEST AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. They absoulutely stand 100% behind there 1 yr warranty, and after doing additional work on trans. They felt it was still running to hot. so a trans cooler was installed under warranty, no additional charge. Who does that? not many shops. matt also ask me to bring back in two weeks to ck it.
