“For the ladies.... If auto shops make you nervous because you know nothing about cars and you could easily be ripped off, this is the place you want to be! My relationship with Angelo's started back in March when I bought a used car, which was in excellent condition for the year by the way, from them. Since then I have now taken my other car there twice, and the car I bought from them there once, and I can't say enough good things about them. Bob is always responsive, respectful, and most importantly honest about what my cars need, and extremely fair on pricing. Even though I can afford a brand new car, I like to drive used cars because I just don't want to have a car payment or pay high insurance, and frankly I don't care about looking fancy or what people think of me. For that reason, it is important that I have a mechanic I can trust because with used cars there will inevitably be repairs needed. Angelo's is the place! “Dennis' Auto Parts' customer service is excellent. They are very helpful people. They saved our time and most importantly our suffering on the way to our 6 day holiday in Maine because of a/c transmission and noise problem in our Honda car. We were on the way to Maine for a trip but had to stop in Milford because of this terrible noise coming from the right front side of the car. It was like our car was going to collapsed. It was a Friday. We normally first went to Milford, Honda. They refused to help us because we don't have an appointment with them and they have their own customers to take care of although it is early morning. We talked to their manager and tried to explain how desperate we are. No way. We were helpless. They told us to come on Monday, which means 3 days of obligatory stay in Milford for the car repair. We got very disappointed with them. They even did not help us to find another car repair place. We started searching around and came across this auto parts store, Dennis' Auto Parts. We explained what happened to us. They were so willing to help us. They basically called 3 different Auto Repair Shop to help us. And finally directed us to Angelo's Auto Center, which is basically same street. We went to Angelo's Auto Center and explained our situation. They were also very helpful and wonderful people. They fixed our problem in a very short time. They charged us a very reasonable amount of money. They saved our holiday too. What a wonderful business people these two businesses are. Their customer service is excellent. If we lived in Milford, we would have been their permanent customers. If you are on the way near Milford, don't worry, go directly to them. They will help you. “I was travelling from Ct to Boston on Monday March 4th when my tires started to loose pressure even after filled them twice that morning. I was in Milford CT, and I googled tire shop. The closest location was Monro Auto Service and tire Center.I called the place and I was directed to come in right away. The attendant was very courteous and asked me to leave the keys in vehicle and to have a seat.I could see from the glass all the work that was being performed. all 4 tires we checked and the front driver side seemed to have had a nail in it. after 25 minutes or so, the attendant came and told me that "you are all set". When I handed him my credit card, I was shocked to hear him say, "no need, drive safely back to Boston" I insisted but the gentleman said no you're good,This was one the best experience that I have with any car repair shop in the last 30 years. I give this place 10 stars for making my day and I recommend that shop to anyone in Milford and surrounding towns. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
