The people are all professional, friendly, and super kind, providing excellent and professional service. They are helpful in a pinch and work to keep the cars exceptionally clean, which is a clear priority. The vehicles are in as-new condition. Some customers note the location can be a little hard to find until new signs are up, requiring some exploring to find the exact spot. Occasionally, a Tesla might be lower than a 100% charge at pickup, which could be inconvenient for long trips. However, for short mileage needs, this is often not an issue. The location has addressed previous staffing concerns, and people are present during business hours. Many customers are very pleased, considering it the best location they have rented from, leading them to extend rentals and return regularly.

Trash Hertz location. The two guys at the counter don’t know what to do and they aren’t trained. They constantly call someone to tell them what to do and take the call in the back. Over an hour to get a car for a gold reservation

Attention! This location at west Main Street does not exist and Hertz somehow has not deleted it from their website. The correct location is at the parking garage adjacent to the Marriott in downtown Stamford.
