I rent cars normally once or twice a week for work, and they are always so friendly and helpful! The location is a lot further from my house, but I choose to rent there because of their customer service.”

“I rent here virtually once a month, and have never had any real issues to speak of. The staff are super kind, and I've always been helped in a pinch if/when necessary. Occasionally, one of their Teslas is lower than 100% charge when picking up, but I don't really care because it doesn't impact my short mileage needs; however, if someone is renting a Tesla and is going to be driving a long distance, I'm sure it might be a little inconvenient. I think this place used to be a little short-staffed, but it doesn't seem like it anymore, so any previous issues with people being present during business hours are probably remedied. I will continue renting here always. Thank you to the staff who work here and make my renting always a pleasant experience!”
