“A few weeks ago the bumper on my BMW was vandalized in the parking lot at my job. I took it to Twin Ridge Services because my Dad used to take all our cars there for repairs when I was younger. I wasn’t sure exactly who to speak to because in the past my Dad would handle everything. When I arrived I spoke with a younger gentleman named Nico. He inspected the car that day and gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take. I dropped off the car a few days later on my lunch break. Nico was generous to give me a ride back to work so I didn’t have to call a cab. When I went to pick up my car a few days later it was washed, cleaned and parked out front for pickup. Not only did they repair the part that was damaged but they also replaced and painted the entire front bumper. When I have kids I’m going to keep the tradition going and make sure I continue sending them to Twin Ridge Services.”

“Went in on Columbus Day after speaking with a sales rep for parts of the week. I had some ideas and he accommodated accordingly. Very nice, used my parameters to find the right car. He was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I decided on the car, came in to get it and he explained an issue with the paint and planned accordingly on how to correct this. Sales guy and manager did a great job of being honest and make sure I didn't incur extra costs. Just a great experience overall. Didn't feel pressured or frustrated with any of it. Service and parts were excellent too. Very little interaction with them though.”

“I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Castellana Auto Body for any work you need on your car. I ran over a tree and damaged the front bumper of a car that I had borrowed. I needed it fixed quickly because I had to return the car to the owner in a few days. A few people recommended Castellana's to me and they were right on the money! I called the shop and the owner Johnny Castellana said I could come in right away for an estimate. Other auto body places I had called told me it could take weeks to fix. Johnny was professional and kind about my situation. He examined the car, suggested a course of action and said if he could get the parts needed, the car could be repaired by the time I needed to return at the end of the week. Happily, he called later that afternoon to tell me he was able to order the parts from a supplier. He emailed a detailed estimate and the price was extremely reasonable. The bumper on the car looked so good when I picked it up two days later (as promised), Johnny even had the whole car washed so it would match.”

Honest shop that does quality work. They also painted a car spoiler for me, two years ago, that I bought online that had to be painted in two different colors, while no other shop in the area wanted to paint something brought in by a customer. “It's the customer service that distinguishes Pray from any other mechanic/body shop I have ever visited. It's Ritz-Carlton level service. They were able to see my car quickly and and when a part I had provided didn't match perfectly, someone came across the street to the coffee shop I was waiting at to show me a picture to see if I wanted to continue with the job. They were very thorough in giving me my options, and when I decided not to continue with the job because of a defect in the part I had provided, there was no charge even though they had spent some time working on the car. I later retuned with a non-defective part for them to install and once again they were able to get me in quickly and competed the job perfectly, once again with incredible customer service. Pray was a class act all the way and I will definitely be using them for any body work I need in the future.”

“Hi I recently moved from White Plains New York to Stamford Connecticut. I am so happy I found Universal auto Sale and repair Miguel is amazing and always works with me I have three cars and he worked on all three I have a BMW and Mercedes and the Chrysler Pacifica and I will recommend this place to everybody. I recently took my car to MIDAS and I was told that I need a starter a battery a serpentine belt and the engine mouth. Gave me a ridiculous price of almost $3000. I want to Universal auto sales and repairs Carmelo diagnosed the car called me and told me that all I needed was my starter and the motor mounts and he recommends a tuneup. Never will I ever go to any other place I strongly recommend save some money and go to Universal auto sales and repair and ask for Carmelo!!”
