“I am amending my rating as per contact with the owner 29 August 2023 at 14:39 and a discussion of the number of stars in rating's unintentional negative impact on an otherwise flawless rating. I assumed Bob's had completed the work in good faith and I was still looking forward to posting images of the completed work. I want to thank Bob's Collision and Customs for getting in touch. I hope this doesn't effect the professional conduct and or the original quote.There was no malicious intent in a lower rating. I have complete faith in Bob's Collision & Customs or I wouldn't have gone there!Take a note:I may be slow but I ain't dumb.A honest handshake and straight forward talk is all it took to seal the deal. Perhaps a review might seem premature to Bob's Collision & Customs at this point andbtime but I do trust in them they've me given no reason why I shouldn't feel secure in doing business with them.Of course if Bob's Collision & Customs wants to back out of that handshake contract then I will understand because it's a tough job and it's going to the best of the best to keep five well deserved stars. People who depend upon my reviews expect from me exactly what I expect from Bob's Collision &.Customs!My original review is as follows and remains valid:All I did is show up and I received the estimated cost of repair.Very polite. Bob's Collision & Customs gave a fair estimate in consideration the amount of damage. Still waiting because he's been looking for parts. It's going to take two days to repair the damage. I plan on posting those before and after images when the job is finished if possible. Thanks again Bob's Collision & Customs.”

The price was agreed to over the phone, and was an 'all in' price as I requested.Customer Service - Worked with Chris. He was very responsive and patient and made the whole buying experience a positive one.Hard sell - Compared to other dealers they are fairly low pressure but when financing you will be asked to purchase a few needless 'extras' and after you decline the price will magically go down.I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.”

“I don't know what these other reviewers experienced, but I have done business with these guys many times over the years and they've always been great to deal with. I've never overpaid, and if a used part was non-returnable I was told that up front. But it was also the right price, a fraction of the price of a new aftermarket part, so I knew why I was there. Read my other reviews - if someone does a lousy job I let people know. It's an auto wrecking shop, not Bergdorf Goodman. Get your used carburetor and that's that.”

“Other than doing a great job on my Chevy Silverado repair work, the thing that impressed me the most about Maggs was the constant communication I received about the status of my truck. Chris called me weekly, and sometimes more than that, to give me updates on what was happening with parts, schedule, testing, etc. - that's unheard of! They stand behind their work with no questions asked, and even detailed my truck for me. It's like I got a brand new vehicle back after my accident. And to be honest it came out better than it was before! I am really happy with the work they did, especially the nice paint job.
