“A few weeks ago the bumper on my BMW was vandalized in the parking lot at my job. I took it to Twin Ridge Services because my Dad used to take all our cars there for repairs when I was younger. I wasn’t sure exactly who to speak to because in the past my Dad would handle everything. When I arrived I spoke with a younger gentleman named Nico. He inspected the car that day and gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take. I dropped off the car a few days later on my lunch break. Nico was generous to give me a ride back to work so I didn’t have to call a cab. When I went to pick up my car a few days later it was washed, cleaned and parked out front for pickup. Not only did they repair the part that was damaged but they also replaced and painted the entire front bumper. When I have kids I’m going to keep the tradition going and make sure I continue sending them to Twin Ridge Services.”
“The best!!! Traveled from Pittsburgh to Stamford and my car broke down as I got here. It was a Friday and I thought no one would be able to fix it until the weekdays. The next day everyone said no but Stamford Auto Body. They were the friendliest people and took me right in. The car was fixed that day.

“I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Castellana Auto Body for any work you need on your car. I ran over a tree and damaged the front bumper of a car that I had borrowed. I needed it fixed quickly because I had to return the car to the owner in a few days. A few people recommended Castellana's to me and they were right on the money! I called the shop and the owner Johnny Castellana said I could come in right away for an estimate. Other auto body places I had called told me it could take weeks to fix. Johnny was professional and kind about my situation. He examined the car, suggested a course of action and said if he could get the parts needed, the car could be repaired by the time I needed to return at the end of the week. Happily, he called later that afternoon to tell me he was able to order the parts from a supplier. He emailed a detailed estimate and the price was extremely reasonable. The bumper on the car looked so good when I picked it up two days later (as promised), Johnny even had the whole car washed so it would match.”

“It's the customer service that distinguishes Pray from any other mechanic/body shop I have ever visited. It's Ritz-Carlton level service. They were able to see my car quickly and and when a part I had provided didn't match perfectly, someone came across the street to the coffee shop I was waiting at to show me a picture to see if I wanted to continue with the job. They were very thorough in giving me my options, and when I decided not to continue with the job because of a defect in the part I had provided, there was no charge even though they had spent some time working on the car. I later retuned with a non-defective part for them to install and once again they were able to get me in quickly and competed the job perfectly, once again with incredible customer service. Pray was a class act all the way and I will definitely be using them for any body work I need in the future.”

When I picked up the car, it was not only repaired but also spotless inside and out. 1st Choice will be my first choice for repairs going forward though like everyone, I hope I'll never need them. They do terrific work and have very fair prices! They don’t make a repair a bigger job than it is! They are very honest! I highly re them if you need autobody work!”

“Called first to check if they could test my battery and alternator - sure come in anytime. Dropped by a half hour later - shout out to Ramses for his excellent customer service skills. He was a knowledgeable, polite and all around good human. He made fair recommendations and after installing a new battery he tested my starter & alternator too. Ramses had me out of there in no time with a gift card in hand for recycling my old battery!”
