“The Trumbull Webster branch on Daniels Farm Road is exceptional. I’ve worked with Michelle and Fred since 2019. Not only are they always available and quick to resolve issues, but they've gone out of their way for me. Everyone there is professional, friendly, easy to work with…and they answer the phone! Even though Webster Bank is a large bank, the Trumbull branch has a reassuring, friendly, small hometown feel to it - nothing bureaucratic about. The location is easy to access with plenty of parking. I highly recommend.”

“Entering this branch is pleasant because it has space, it is well located and it does not keep it very busy and the space to wait for service is very comfortable. If I had cable TV I would have stayed to have my lunch ?, although I had to wait approximately 15 min to be attended to, there was no advisor, I felt comfortable and calm, the cashiers are friendly and speak Spanish too, but the slow one is a little slow”

I had to physically get out of my vehicle and look into the building to find out if there was an ATM or not. Not that this was an impossible mission.
