We have used them for three separate repair jobs: a rear-end collision, a parking lot hit, and a broken windshield.David always makes time to educate us, give advice, prepare us for conversations with insurance companies, and advocate on our behalf with the claim reps and adjusters. He's an expert on dealing with the insurance people, and will do his best to instill urgency in them, get them to pay for OEM parts, car rentals, etc...all the things consumers should expect but rarely receive without a fight.I always appreciate a small business owner who consistently demonstrates a passion for taking care of customers, and David is one of those people. It turned out to be the best decision I made to restore it to its near original condition. Mike and his Dad were great to work with thru the long progress with the insurance company, Anthony (painter) was truly an “Artist” in matching the color on this vintage car and Lee was a meticulous mechanic that made sure everything fit and worked properly. “Allen is the Best!!! My baby (2020 Toyota Camry, ) was hit and so hurt. I was referred to him and I'm definitely not sorry he was so helpful throughout the whole thing. Allen helped me get a rental when I dropped off my car, and said it would take about a week, to a week,1/2 and he was so on the money with everything. When I picked my baby up on Wednesday like he said. I didn't even recognize her she looked brand new like nothing happened so beautifully he even installed the Rain guards. I was so happy ? I worked with Nick who was incredibly professional and made the overall process so seamless. The turnaround time was very quick from start to finish - once we agreed to move forward he made sure to order parts right away to cut down on as much wait time as possible and contacted me as soon as everything came in. I had two areas that needed repairs, one caused by another driver and the other that happened at another time - Nick gave me a very fair price for the damage I was responsible for. “Had the pleasure of working with Miguel - he was great! I went to another car audio spot and they said the piece I had wasn’t compatible with my car. I didn’t believe that so I went to Sounds Good and Miguel actually CALLED the manufacturer of the part and they confirmed it can be installed. Fast forward 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the part was in and was working! He even sat with me and tested the part to ensure it worked before putting the car back together, and that’s what I can say I appreciate: the time taken and detailed work ethic! I will be back”
“Gentleman was answering my less than efficient questions without batting an eye, sometimes I find myself in a position where I cannot make sense of my surroundings due to anxiety. It's rare that it causes me to become as useless as I did, but I did. He assumed that I would know to take a specific part outside to check to see if the threads matched, I assume that no such thing would ever happen without me paying for it especially in Bridgeport. Therefore he said why don't you just do that instead of taking up my time. I simply responded by saying that I would never think to do that without paying. A nice slightly older gentleman extremely kindly asked if I was ready to check out. I was by some miracle and he was as patient as a brick with me. The only things I wish to highlight in this review are that these guys are very competent at multitasking, they know their stuff when it comes to cars, and while the original gentleman was being hammered with phone calls, he remained calm. Very uncommon to see a large chain auto parts store with such competent employees. It really seemed like the older gentleman could tell I was having a really hard time of making 2 + 2 equal 4. Even with my bumbling antics, they remained professional. In my opinion these guys belong higher up the food chain. No nonsense here. ??”

“I have used Fairfield glass for my kitchen cabinets, and now for a recent shower enclosure. The experience has been excellent. Designing the format and choosing the correct type of glass for my shower was a breeze with Kia. Thankfully she was able to use a CAD program to for the design that eliminated the need for metal frames on my glass that competitors proposed. Her prices were much better than others, especially for the premium glass.Alvaro and his installation team were prompt, professional, and meticulous, and took great care bringing in all the glass and cleaning up.Thanks for everything!”
