“I was in panic mode when I put my zip drive into my lap top and all of my files were corrupted. I wanted to cry because they were all my pictures from before my daughter was born to the present. I put a post on Southington Talks, a Face Book page, looking for help. Charlie from Omega Communications saw my post and offered to help. I dropped my zip drive at his office and he was able to retrieve all my pictures and put them onto a new zip drive for me. The communication was excellent and he was very honest.
