I originally set up my account at the cottage Grove Rd Bloomfield location and they were not helpful at all and didn't even answer their phone they rushed me out cause it was almost closing time didn't provide a charger for my phone which should have been included and they just rushed my transaction without giving me the proper links etc. So I called the new Britain location and Jesse helped with all my issues. Great employee!”

“There will probably be a wait before an employee is able to assist you. But within a few moments of entering the store someone does acknowledge your presence and make you feel welcomed. The process of buying and activating a new phone or a new line to your account takes at least a good hour or two. But the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.”

I’m only giving 4 stars because 2 times now on a Friday opened approximately 15 min lates instead of opening at 1100 am it was opened up at 1115 am and 2nd time I was there before 11 am till 1115 am then I left parking lot to McDonald’s and checked Google it said open. I went back and it was opened up.”

“I was in panic mode when I put my zip drive into my lap top and all of my files were corrupted. I wanted to cry because they were all my pictures from before my daughter was born to the present. I put a post on Southington Talks, a Face Book page, looking for help. Charlie from Omega Communications saw my post and offered to help. I dropped my zip drive at his office and he was able to retrieve all my pictures and put them onto a new zip drive for me. The communication was excellent and he was very honest. I highly recommend Omega Communications!”

Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”

“I was having problems with my phone so I went to the W.Main Street store, not helpful whatsoever. The girl/lady running the store was eating corn chips. I can smell it when I walked in. She did NOT stop eating. She continued to touch my phone,computer & every other machine in the room, ugh, she continued to put her hands in the bag & eat corn chip after corn chip & stuff em in her mouth!After all this, I decided to go to the store on Lewis Avenue.
