“Johnnie is my guy!!!! Been coming to him for years and no matter what the situation is, he always figures out how to take care of me. I broke my phone this time and he managed to get me a new phone without killing my bill. I bust his balls all the time because Verizon is expensive but I know when I go to him I'm getting someone who knows their stuff and who isn't gonna try to screw me over as soon as I walk in the door.
