“I'm writing to commend Joe at the Bethel Wireless Zone for his outstanding support through a prolonged billing issue. After changing our family's phone service over the Verizon, we mutually discovered that one of our phones did not have an expected rebate applied and Joe graciously and courteously took several of my calls, first to figure out what had happened and then to fix the issue. Joe escalated to multiple levels of management and then met with me a month in and we collaboratively resolved the issue together. My experience with phone stores has been generally negative over time but happily, Joe's personal touch and tenacity in resolution ensured we all had a positive experience. Bravo, Joe!”

He resolved all my issues with both my phones and I left the store very happy. The manager of the store was also very pleasant and made sure that things were going smoothly with my transactions and setting up my phones. I would highly recommend that store to my friends. They also shared information for for TV, Internet, and streaming.”

“Giving a shout out to Ricky in the New Milford Verizon location. We came in today with lots of challenges from setting up a business account to transferring multiple numbers from different accounts and changing providers. Everything we had to do was outside the norm.Ricky worked patiently and efficiently to ensure everything we were looking to have done was done correctly and at a minimum cost. It took some time, but he stuck with it and explained everything along the way.Throwing another shout out to Ovi who was managing the store during our visit. He was friendly, made helpful suggestions and was supportive to Ricky (and our situation) while making sure the rest of his staff also had his support. A true leader.Because of our complicated set up, I've never gone into a cell phone store without it turning into a nightmare. Today I left extremely impressed.Thank you, Ricky and Ovi!”

“Lasha was/is fantastic!!!! From Mobile Rescue on Federal Road!After being quoted over $240 from Apple to have my daughters I-Pad screen replaced after it was shattered-(this is even WITH the “AppleCare” that is provided), Which includes me having to send it out and then wait at least 10 days for a “refurbished” one.I decided to get a second opinion.I went into Mobile Rescue and was Greeted by Lasha.Lasha went ABOVE AND BEYOUND!!!I told him the issue and mentioned I was possibly interested in a case as well as a screen protector.He was able to fix my daughters I-Pad within the hour!!!! When I came back, he had all the cases laid out for me to chose and the screen protector already installed!For a fraction of the price! Oh and with a year warranty!Being a staff level Manager of a high end Customer Service base retail store myself, all I can say is that, Lasha you went above my expectations!
