“I recently came into Banana Republic the other night with my girlfriend to look for dress clothes for myself, and we were greeted by an employee named Reagan. She helped us find clothes that we were looking for, and if we couldn't, she suggested alternatives that actually turned out to be better choices! I felt terrible because we were there just after the store had closed, but she assured us that it was no problem at all, and that she wanted us to walk out of the store with what we were looking for. Her energy made the store a welcoming place, along with the other staff, and we'll be happily returning if we need to get anything else from there in the future.The store had what we were looking for, and it was well organized, although prices sometimes seemed a bit high for things that we could easily find elsewhere.”

“Move over L.L Bean. This is truly an exceptional customer services. I purchased a winter coat last year, and it had several mechanical issues with the zipper. I brought it back to the closet store of my residence this year to see what the store can offer me. To my surprise, the store staff offered me an even exchange for another similar coat while I was in the store, so it wouldn't leave me coatless during the winter. After making me the offer, the staff worked with me diligently to locate another coat in my size, and color which is not a walk in the park. That's an outstanding way of taking care of your customers, and stand behind your products. I'm glad I didn't make a purchase at L.L. Bean for my current winter coat!”

“My whole family has always liked Old Navy. Personally it's not really my style but the pricing is always low to medium and they have such cute infant outfits. They actually have enough staff around, unlike some of the other ghost town outlets and they are pleasant to deal with.”
