“I got my daughters Graduation cake (strawberry shortcake & chocolate cupcakes) from the bakery here. Kim helped me and was wonderful!!! I still have people calling me asking what bakery I used. Kim had great suggestions and she came through as promised!!!! So happy!”
“Had to contact customer service for a problem. Serenity was very helpful. Gave me as much information as she could and was very prompt. I can't remember the last time I had such a positive customer service experience ever, anywhere.”
“I’m writing this review as a heartfelt thanks to the owner of Wooster Street Market, for the kindness he extended to my Dad yesterday. My Dad was driving home from a dentist appointment and suddenly felt sick. He pulled over in to the parking lot of the market to gather himself because he felt unable to drive. A patron alerted the owner to what was going on, and he came outside to ask if my Dad was okay, if he needed a ride home, or something else they could provide. Getting sick while driving is such a vulnerable situation. So I’m incredibly thankful that my Dad encountered such a caring person in that situation.”
“Always organized and great place to do your grocery shopping at despite some things being a bit pricey. Would always come back and take advantage of their great sales.”

“Overall, this location is well stocked and clean. I especially like their fresh produce department. My one gripe is in regards to the check outs. The clerks tend to over stuff the bags even when you bring an ample amount of reusable shopping bags and specifically request that they don't make them too heavy. I've tried bagging my own groceries to avoid this, but somehow there's always a clerk who jumps in and takes over my efforts. Perhaps using less bags and over stuffing them moves the line along quicker? Either way it's an inconvenience for me, as I usually end up spending an extra fifteen minutes at the trunk of my car re-bagging most of my things.”

464 River Rd, Shelton“One of my favorite convenience stores/gas stations. This is one of the more original style Cumberland Farms. It's an interesting experience just based on that. There aren't many left. A nice comfortable easygoing store that has everything you need, kept well-stocked, and you can get in and out of quickly. It's relaxed without that "megastore stress" feeling that the big Cumberland Farms have. Pumps are easy to get to, and close to the store itself. Parking close to the store entrance is also usually available and easy in/out. Plenty of additional parking if necessary not as close but still not far. Opens early and stays open late. But best of all really, and what has a lot to do with the relaxed comfortable feeling of the store, is the great service - very friendly, pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. This has been the case every time I've gone in there for probably some years. I usually go at night or maybe late afternoon so I can't be sure of things there earlier in the day, but every time I've gone,it's been great”
“It is fascinating to visit various Stop and Shop stores around Connecticut. You never know what to expect as far as organization, cleanliness, and most importantly staffing. I was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of flowers in the florist area in this particular store. The display was elegant, colorful, and showed a lot of effort on the part of someone who really has a passion for flowers. I looked around to compliment whoever was working there, but I did not see anyone. The rest of the store was moderately stocked, and again, very few staff were present and available. It was a little surprising that this particular store was not as clean as some of the others, as that seemed to be one of this chain's stronger attributes. I would definitely go to this store for floral arrangements in the future!”
“Love BigY grocery stores. I live in PA and my daughter lives in CT. The Big Y's in CT are a gem compared to the Giant grocery stores in central PA.
What a pleasure it is shopping there.”
