“Would never go anywhere else! My SUV had been sitting for a few months so even though my oil sticker said I had more time I thought it would be best to get it done. Kyle brought my SUV in garage to look it over. Next thing I know the manager or owner came out & said I was all set. “I HIGHLY recommend this shop. It's a family owned joint, with multiple members of the family working there on a given day. I am from out of town, and they gratuitously fit me in for some brake work so I could get back home. They were so kind, transparent, and communicative. They also have some great future advice to take home with me to my regular shop. I wish I was more local, I would come to them for all my car repairs!”

“I can’t thank the team at Monro of East Lyme enough. I got a flat tire on my Tesla and couldn’t get an appointment at the Tesla service center for 2 weeks but I drive for work. The tires were hard to find, and the Monro staff found the tires I needed and brought them to me. I was driving again in 3 hours after I towed my car. I couldn’t believe how far above and beyond they went to get me back on the road quickly.”

“They have a full service optical department, who knew? I recently broke my glasses, and my backups were an OLD pair. I needed something quickly. I called the optical department and they were able to get me in that same day for an exam. The process was such cool technology, went very quickly and the technician was great. I ordered glasses that day and was back to pick up the finished product within a week. Amazing! I am definitely recommending this optical department to everyone I know!”

“I was an hour away from home at a specialty vet with a sick cat when my car started behaving pretty alarmingly. These guys were nice enough to pull the codes and figure out it wasn't a safety issue at all, give me advice on how to best fix it myself as it was an easy fix, they did it immediately when I arrived, AND they only charged me 20$. If I could give a business 6 Stars they would get it. It's always tough to find a good and honest mechanic, but this place is both.”
