Everyone is very helpful at Toyota of Colchester. I actually look forward to my appointments. I enjoy a nice cup of coffee and bring in my cute, little pup. The staff are always pleased to see my little dog. The other customers all seem to like her as well. Their prices are very fair as well.

Receptionist in service is beyond rude. She has no concept of what “customer service” means. Nor does she care. That would never have been tolerated years ago.Colton is a helpful nice kid.Bought three cars here. Never again, unless they take out the unnecessary garbage.

They do a great job with just an oil change. When that’s done they let you know what other things that may be wrong with your car. There is no pressure from them and the customer service was great too. I keep coming back great job girls and guys!
