I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label.Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above.”

“I needed to access my on-line banking to complete a payment. The reception in the area is very poor for mobile devices. The post master let me go into the office and use the office computer to access my online banking there. I was surprised. They also helped me find the correct box I needed to fit my item snuggly and offered free air cushions to make sure item did not slide around in the box. Transaction completed with no issues. “Had a great experience at this store. Had a out of date expired Hp ink cartridges that purchased from another Staples. I call Hp and they told me to bring them to a Staples. Was greeted by the store manager and I was already a little upset because of the Hp cartridges would not work. The manager at the store went above and beyond as a manager to accommodate for the Hp Cartridges that would not work. He enlightened to situation with a humorous story he told me which made me feel comfortable. After giving him my Staples account that I have used for years the gentleman exchange the expired cartridges I had purchased with new updated ones. These are very expensive and thought I was out of $135 for purchasing them. I own several businesses and wish some of my managers would perform as he did taking care of the problem and me leaving with new ink cartridges as a happy Staples customer Want to Thank him for the help and enlightening the situation. “StaplesEver since I was a teenager, I've had a weird fascination with office supplies. This has been passed down to my kiddo, and as such, we visit the Middletown Staples pretty often.As soon as I walk in, I always look immediately to the left, to see if the clerk I really like is there. Today he was, and today I learned his name was Jim. Jim is always helpful, no matter what. If I have a question about something, or can't find something, he will walk me over to it. When I was looking for an obsolete printer cartridge, he made sure to find it for me!But Jim is also a fantastic person, just all around. He puts a smile on my face every time I see him. He is genuinely happy, and it totally shows!! Jim should be recognized for the positivity he spreads to everyone. (Also, I told Jim I was gonna write this when I was in earlier today, lol)!!”

“By far my favorite post office, they are kind every time you go, and they are extremely knowledgeable, and will help you ship something as cheaply as possible. One thing to note is a few years ago the post box in front got broken into and things stolen, and there is no camera on the front of the building! So if you’re mailing something important go inside to drop it off.”

“After a very poor customer service experience at Glastonbury i decided to call the west Hartford location to see if i would get some help beyond "you have to have the design in your email" (for business cards). I called print & marketing (in west hartford) , shared the nightmare i had at Glastonbury with Alyssa. She was so awesome! very understanding and even invited me to their location to help my situation. When i arrived i was so impressed ! i met Mike the manager there and he shared his sympathy with me but then not only helped me get my order right. He also guided me through the mobile app and helped me save some rewards points for the next visit. Between Alyssa and Mike i'll absolutely take that 20 min drive from Glastonbury for my business supply needs. Thank u guys so much !”
