“"Work in Progress" WIP is a great gym! Local Owners, friendly environment, amazing Coaches and awesome programming! This personalized gym is for every level, from beginner to advanced. Classes change each week and completely new programs every month. Multiple class times are available every day, so you can go when it works best for your schedule, mornings, noon, evenings and weekends. Weekly class format switches up between Strength, Metabolic, Endurance, Core, and some classes are a combination of everything. Yoga and Zumba are also offered at WIP, and the instructors are excellent! All the Coaches are attentive, encouraging and hands on. They will give guidance on form and provide modifications if needed for every move throughout the class. “Come as you are, Leave a little stronger”. Thank you WIP!”

“Great atmosphere for working out. Everyone who works out here is friendly, and the group setting really motivates you to work hard, without that feeling that everyone is watching you. The trainers and the other people in the class all just want people to do the best they can and get better each time. Would highly recommend to everyone from beginners to those in great shape. On top of that, the workouts have a great variety and definitely are challening in the best way”

“CrossFit Topside is definitely a great gym, I was traveling due to the death of a family member and needed a place to clear my mind and train, and I loved it, a warm, family atmosphere, from the moment I walked through the door they were always friendly and made me feel as if I were at home. I took my training schedule and did a drop in and I loved the space they gave me, I was able to do my training during the 5 days that I was in a quiet space and with all the necessary equipment for my exercises. I give them 100 in organization and cleanliness and it is a complete gym, it has all the necessary equipment, definitely every time I come to visit my aunt I will go to train at CrossFit Topside, I love training and even more so when it is in places that inspire and motivate you do it, guys, thank you for having me during these 5 days ??.”

“Matt, Darcy, and the rest of the Mission Fitness team are all amazing. Everyone is very knowledgable and great to take classes with. No matter what fitness level you are at, they know how to push you to stay motivated and reach your goals. They do an awesome job of keeping the weekly classes unique so you don’t feel like you’re doing the same thing over and over again. The community at Mission is very welcoming and close-knit. Everyone is very friendly and outgoing. Definitely worth a try if you are considering a change or starting your workout journey for the first time!”

“I’m a long time gym goer who recently needed a new gym home due to my gym closing unexpectedly and must say I’ve been really impressed by my experience at SIN fitness. The facility is very clean and well maintained, equipment is all in excellent condition. The instructors are knowledgeable, offering form suggestions/corrections and modifications as needed. They offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels, ranging from barre to boot camp so something for everyone, or just a different flavor for your workout on different days. The class times work well for my schedule and they have plenty of offerings in both the morning as well as afternoon/evening, and even on weekends. If you’re on the fence I’d say give it a try and you won’t be disappointed, it’s a great facility and a warm community.”

“If you are looking for a better gym, I truly wish you the best of luck because you're not going to find it - it's right here. You will not find a better sense of community and accountability. All of the coaches are well-coordinated with each other about each of the members and are really focused on preventing injury and scaling to get the best results for each individual. I have been a member for almost two years, and have no regrets. I cannot recommend Bionic enough!!”

“I started training with Coach Matt 6 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Whether you’re looking to get in shape, learn self defense/ jiu jitsu, or compete at a combat sport (such as MMA) this is truly the place to be. The black belts who teach jiu jitsu are top notch and devote a lot of time and effort into helping you better yourself mentally and physically. Coach Chris (strength coach) is amazing at what he does and will help you reach your goals whether you’re looking to get in shape, or elevate your conditioning to the next level. He structures workouts based on your personal goals, and always has new fun workouts so you’ll never get tired of doing the same old routine. Honored and blessed to call this place my home and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to train - come check this gym out! The members are very friendly and welcoming, so much that it makes the gym seem like a big family rather than an average gym where everyone is on their own. As well as having a facility with enough equipment to allow everyone to do their workouts with no interference. “Started OTF because I didn’t want to go to the regular gym and wanted to get active again. I have learned a lot of different workouts with the weights, rower , and treadmill (These things I would never try on my own in a regular gym). Been doing it for 3 months now and already have people commenting on how toned I look. All the coaches are very nice and helpful. The classes are fun and I enjoy taking them multiple times a week, which also keeps me consistent with working out. It is the best 1 hour of my day that I dedicate to myself and my wellbeing. All you have to do is show up and they do the rest. Highly recommend.”

“I used to be a member in 2018 and I've recently joined again because I need to take charge of my health. I'm exhausted but a good exhausted. I have energy and I'm pushing myself to get my strength back. Darrin, does not push you if you cannot do it. He simply suggest another way to do the exercises that would be comfortable to you with less stress. I'll stick with it this time. Come on down and get in shape.”

I observed him motivating the person he was training and making sure the client had proper form. There were people of different ages and abilities. I felt welcome and did not feel judged. I highly recommend this gym and Jeff as a personal trainer. He will create workouts to help you reach your personal goals!”

“My kids are frequent guests to this place as it has a lot of different programs tailored to multiple ages. Depending on a program they might train stretching, balance or just play around - anything to dump a lot of energy from the little ones. They also offer drop offs called Parents Night Out for a reasonable price, which allows you as a parent to relax for 3 hours. I suggest calling them, as their website is not up to date and can miss programs. They also offer unlimited admission, which can be a good investment if you're ready to drive your kid here almost every day. I bought 2, so I will recommend it.”
