“The staff is so kind here! I drink 7 packets of electrolyte powder a day to deal with chronic dehydration and medical issues. The store was easy to navigate with my rollator and my wheelchair on each occasion and the staff was welcoming and respectful. Chris quickly helped me find what I was looking for and gave his recommendations for new flavors I might like. So far, every one has rang true! I also review new flavors of electrolytes on my TikTok @resilientli. Chris let me know about the brand being on sale - amounted to half the price of the typical retail. I went online and bought even more when I left the store. It’s nice to have more flavor variety for something I drink constantly. And as a frequent customer, that personal touch makes all the difference. Thank you Chris and the rest of the staff for your time and care in the store!My only constructive criticism has nothing to do with the store itself. I wish the door had an automatic opening button, so that I could open it myself like any able-bodied person. If I wasn’t with someone who could hold the door for me, it’s embarrassing and a hassle to call the store and have the staff come help - though I have no doubt this stores staff would be happy to assist!!A great store with great people and great prices! “Amazing store based on selection alone. Awful customer service. It’s so bad that the staff has lied to my face as to the sale on certain items. Possibly due to the lack of proper labeling. It’s even gotten to the point of saying something is sold out (when fulfilling part of an online order) only for me to find the item on the floor when I get there. I live about an hour away from the store, so constant shopping trips are somewhat of an inconvenience. Having said much, my store tends to run out of promo items in the blink of an eye, so joy rides to chase something I want have become an option, only to get to the store (based on website availability) to be told that something is not in stock while also failing to get the sku to check the computer. And yes, I’m aware that things do sell out and the system doesn’t update right away (in some cases).”
