“Palmers pharmacy is a very unique place in the sense that it's service oriented. Unlike big chain companies rushing you out, at Palmers they wants to get to know their customers in order to better serve them. Interestingly this the only place around town you will find where they make up creams, animals medicine, or any special type of compound prescription (all hand made in front of you). The owner Louis is very nice, knowledgeable, and is very open to helping you out with any of your medical needs. This indeed is a very special place, and right next door to the greenwich hospital.”

“customer service is good, it just gets busy. Minh is actually extremely helpful. the problem is workers are overworked and the addition of having to take back amazon returns has only made the job harder. Also from what i hear amazon shortened the break time by 5 minutes, making everything harder for employees. they do try, but they also have to deal with angry greenwich karens, so maybe they looks tired sometimes. that's the only negative thing, but karens should not treat workers like their household staff.”

“This is our local store and it’s healthy. Nothing like going for a treadmill workout and then stopping by for a local healthy snack. I recommend the chicken fingers hot food bar and salad bar. Well stocked and well groomed. Safe and nice family location, keep up the work men and women”
