We went for a decent test drive that he want to make sure I got a good feel for the car. We never talked numbers till I was ready. Not once did he pressure me or try to sell me the car. I felt he wanted me to have all the information and make my own decisions. He had good prices on all the vehicles and his personality made it a great experience. Not only that, but Victor also repaired ALL the scratches on the entire driver side of my vehicle and back bumper. Someone backed into my vehicle and dented the quarter panel and rear driver side door. Victor handled everything with the insurance company. He even got me in a rental car immediately which insurance covered, even after the insurance company told me that I was not entitled to a rental car because my car was driverable. He handled everything with the adjuster. All I had to do was drop my car off and he took care of everything else. Victor called me when my vehicle was ready to pick up and even scheduled a pick up time that they were closed just so it would be convenient for me. When I saw my car afterwards I was in complete shock. My vehicle was IMMACULATE. The area damaged by the accident was PERFECT, even better than before the accident!
