The tire had to be ordered from the warehouse, and Warren made sure to communicate with me through the entire process. Not only was he friendly, communicative, and informative, but he also let me use his charger so I wasn’t sitting there with a dead phone. Once the tire arrived, he got me taken care of very quickly. “I NEVER thought that I would be writing a review about a snow tire changeover experience. I made an appointment in advance with Pops to get my snow tires put on.I usually go to Town Fair Tire and they would have done it for "free". I always make an appointment with Town Fair and it usually takes me two to three hours to get out of there. It is important to note that I have never done my changeover when there is an upcoming snow storm, just a normal day. Every time I suffer through this, I question my sanity for coming back.I was in and out of Pops in less than 30 minutes. The tires feel great on the highway. This was worth paying for in getting my valuable time back. See you in the Spring.”

I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and ease with which they took in my car keys, my $20 and very shortly afterwards, called my name and presto, finished and submitted to the state. Terry, the sales manager was friendly, and Brian, service manager, even more personable. I am happy to find an alternative for emissions, and will certainly pass along my recommendation to friends.”
