“Extremely satisfied with the top notch service and attention that my brand new 2023 vehicle received while being repaired at Ray’s! The team went above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. Mike and his team are elite, efficient and knowledgeable. Mike advocated for me with my insurance to make sure my 6 month old Subaru did not get aftermarket parts fighting for what was right. I was kept updated throughout the repair process, all questions were answered, and the vehicle repairs were completed 4 days sooner than expected. When we picked up our vehicle it literally looked better than when we had purchased it brand new off the lot (inside and out) - we are so thankful! They literally rebuilt the front end!! “I really am lost for words here, as I didn’t think this type of honest
business existed in these times. Yesterday I went to Affordable Auto Body as I’ve done in the past, and after getting what I thought was a very reasonable quote, I was asked to drop off my truck today to fix a small repair.
This morning I received a call from Jamie,
the owner to inform me that my truck was ready and that it was half of what I was quoted, because the work was less than anticipated.

“I bought Slingshot R last week of January, I was gonna buy it at another place. I went in with my small 15 pound dog to see how he would fit in the seat. What kind of harness I would need. They yelled at me for putting the dog in the seat. I was pretty upset, so I waited for the salesman that I was dealing with the lady and I talked to her about it just against rules and regulations you can’t do that I said Dog 15 pounds and won’t go so frustrated I left the place and I google where are the next Polaris dealer in Connecticut Waterford I googled the map call them up I said, do you guys accept animals the gentleman I talk to was Kevin salesman very knowledgeable. I went down four hours later I bought my machine Slingshot awesome still working on some details waiting to pick it up hopefully in a week Dan Caron”

“My name is Andrea and I had a great experience dealing with the manager, Antae Pinto at Morrell Muffler. He was very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I had been hearing a whistle sound coming from the car cabin. Took the car to my dealer and they informed the problem was, there is an exhaust leak at back manifold, secondary air pipe cracked at manifold. No parts available would need to welded. Recommendation was, take the car to a muffler specialist. Nobody was able to do the welding. I was told by a friend to go to Morrell Muffler. Antae did the job for me and also installed new headlights. This the place to go if you any car issues. A very professional company and reasonably priced. I will from now on go to Morrell Muffler with car issues. Thank you, Antea, for all you did for me. Great job! Keep up the good work!”

Took my Subaru to rays carstar up the st ( they are garbage BTW) they had my car in and out for months...took to Subaru dealership thinking they wld figure out the cause of the shaking in my car,( which they didn't figure out n charged me for a tune up that did nothing!) I spoke to paul on the phone n he knew right away what is was THRU the PHONE! He checked my car out, explained with detail what was causing the shakiness...Subaru n Ray's missed a spark plug that was cracked in three diff areas!
