“Went to go look and test drive a Supra they had at the dealership as I may be purchasing one in the coming future, and was blown away by the staff here. I was immediately greeted by Gil, a salesman at the location. Gil was super friendly, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Danny was also amazing in letting us come to talk about the car / answered any questions we had. The whole team in general, was just awesome and I apologize if I excluded anyone! I did not end up grabbing the car due to personal reasons, but will most definitely be coming back when I am ready as this detailed level of care is hard to find!”

“Just received my car after a 12 month refurb/restoration, I'm lost for words at the quality of the workmanship and dedication to detail. I'd heard about these guys in the Porsche forums and went to meet with Ken, after seeing the types of projects they were working on the quality of the work I handed them my car. It was s slow process but quality takes time. The attention to detail and amazing craftsmanship is second to none. they are perfectionists and it def shows. “Came across ASE searching for a 4 post and gave them a call. Brian was the most knowledgeable person I have spoken to in my search and spent time walking me through each and every option, finding the best fit for my specific needs. Selected a lift then he continued helping with exact shipment timing and a local installer as I wanted it to be installed on a specific day. Even after the sale he was just as quick to answer any questions and overall I feel he helped me pick a better lift than I would have picked on my own, and it was less money, he wasn't just trying to upsell. Very highly recommend talking with ASE to figure out what you need and once you do, the prices were also the most competitive I saw. Would definitely buy from ASE again.”

“Excellent customer service. Typically customer service at a body shop is nonexistent. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and help by not only reception, but also the team working to repair my vehicle. When there were delays because of shipping parts, the team at Hoffman were helpful in getting me an extended stay in my rental vehicle. I went there because it’s the shop my insurance company works with, But it will be my go to in the future if I’m in need of repair.”

“Cannot recommend this place enough. Amongst other great experiences, today I had the pleasure of working with Derek and Joey. I needed to replace my car battery. My car is older so I was nervous that the alternator or the starter may need to be replaced. Joey ran all the tests on my car and took the time to explain the readings. Thankfully, it was just the battery. I was expecting to spend $150-200 however, when I went back inside, Derek asked me if I wanted a free, top of the line battery. I was shocked and it turns out that I was selected as the winner of a promotion! I got a battery with a value of $275. I cannot thank Derek and Joey enough. I love Advance Auto Parts - they should be everyone's first stop!”

“I stopped in at Jack's, desperately needing air in my tires. I ride a mountain bike for transportation, and made a joke about needing a lift. He was very helpful, and made sure he inflated them properly and that I felt safer. We chatted a little bit, and when I asked if he was the owner, he said, "well, I pay the taxes on it"! Jack seems like a great guy, and I've heard he's been around for awhile. Shop was clean, great location, and obviously he's willing to help anyone, even a stranger on a bicycle.”
“My car battery was dead and I needed a new one asap. I needed a special one for my Toyota Prius and looked at various stores. O'Reilly's website had it and had the cheapest price that I could find. I found a coupon for a discount but the discount only worked if I had it shipped to my house. You do have the option to ship to store and pick it up as well, but the coupon wouldn't work in this case. I was able to drop off my old battery at the store for $5 back and free disposal, win-win in my book. Just bring the battery and your receipt to the cashier. The customer service was great both online and in person. This particular store was not busy and it was very clean/organized. If you can't find a product, definitely check their website. Overall, will be using them for most of my auto parts needs; especially if there is a coupon!”

We had a maintenance related issue with our Highlander and in the end, the service team came through to resolve the issue with their customer in mind. I know we have all been there, purchasing a car and being told by the dealership that we are "family" blah blah blah, but I witnessed this with Torrington Toyota and I was impressed with their attention to detail, follow up, and overall care in the matter to resolve our vehicle related issue. Having people to back your purchase up is just as important as the purchase itself, and Torrington Toyota came through. Extra shout out to Glenn for just holding our hands through the scenario.”

I have entrusted him with restoring a 1993 Jaguar XJ220-N, one of 3 on the planet. He services many of the Lime Rock Drivers Club cars and is a terrific racer as well. Highly recommended.”
