“When I came in to finalize my reservation to get my storage I was welcomed by Elizabeth she was so kind. She went over everything with me made me feel not stressed and a nice smooth feeling. She gave me a little tore showed me where my storage shed was and how to use the locks. Also convenient locations of the building to load or unload. The place was very clean. “One of the best facilities I've ever used. The inside is immaculate at all times and the climate controlled units are always at a perfect temperature. Never too hot or too cold. But what really makes the facility fantastic is the Manager, Larissa. She's always got a smile on her face, never acts dismissive or rude(even when she has a lobby full of impatient people) and it seems like she takes the time to get to know everyone that rents there. Whether she's cleaning or cutting locks, she makes sure to take the time to greet us when we come in. It's very impressive and refreshing to see a young woman interacting with people face to face rather than having her head buried in a phone. She's an A+++++ and deserves a big raise!”

“I love Sense Storage. I have had my stuff in storage since 2015. My belongings are clean and odor free. No dust or dirt build up what so ever. The staff is kind and supportive.
***Updating three years later. I have my third unit here since 2021. It is a different owner from the original previous owners. I like the original owners. They were locals. Very kind and considerate to their customers.
These new owners are a part of a national company. They are just another greedy American company. I started out at not even $120 when I first got the unit in April 2021. The unit is now $171. Three years later. It’s obnoxious. And just plain greedy.”
“Nice storage place, the staff are nice and helpful. I just don't like the fact that you need a code to get out on cold days. but that's my personal reason still 5 stars, I'm just too lazy to download the app that I think they have oh well lol id recommend them and their in a convenient spot”

“Started out as “Life Storage” @ $15/month to only receive a letter a couple of months after, from “Just Storage” advising of their “take-over” and a mandatory insurance fee of approx. $15 add’l/month on top of my basic fee for a closet space. Wasn’t too happy about that but overall the people are/were great, professional, kind, and nice to work with. The space had climate control and was super clean.”

“I had two 10x20 bins there for years when I had my apartment down the street before I moved into my house .Love the 24/7/365 access that others dont have in town.No leaky ceilings and clean cement floors.Great for apartment tenants in the area with limited storage at the apartment .Spend many hours down there and met great bin neighbors there. Also had fun watching trains go by too since I'm a rail fan .Great office service there too.”
“The move team was very professional and work to overcome several problems. One of which the truck couldn't make it to house. So the moved team unloaded it a mile away and reloaded into a u-haul and shuttled the loads to house and unloaded it again into the house.”
