“I’ve been a member at Renegade in Pawcatuck for many years, and I can’t say enough good things about it. It is a fantastic place to exercise, and they have a wide range of new and different equipment that keeps workouts exciting and effective. The friendly atmosphere created by both the staff and fellow members is really welcoming. It’s a place where you feel motivated and supported in your fitness journey. Also, Jeff and his staff do a wonderful job of maintaining a clean environment. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience.”

“The Coaches at USA Trampoline & Tumbling Academy are the best! I joined the school in my early 30s, and the coaches have worked with me diligently to expand on old skills and work towards new ones. Everyone here is so welcoming and encouraging, it is so nice to have the camaraderie and support of fellow adults and trampolinists of all ages when trying new skills. Looking forward to continuing learning here for the foreseeable future!”
