“Just moved to this location from another storage facility. Place is very clean and Melissa (Manager) was fantastic. She didn't have any units available when I went but she took my name and she even gave me an estimate when a few units would be available. She called me up and got the units that I needed. Wonderful to deal with a manager like Melissa who is looking out for the client as much as the business. She's a gem.”

“Purchasing storage online was great, but the premises is quite difficult to locate my unit and parking/access was very difficult. Definitely not what I was expecting. High traffic flow at the corner of two major roads. Narrow alleyways. Kind of slummy looking in appearance, but no signs of any rodents. Prices are comparable to CubeSmart which looks much nicer.”
“One of the best facilities I've ever used. The inside is immaculate at all times and the climate controlled units are always at a perfect temperature. Never too hot or too cold. But what really makes the facility fantastic is the Manager, Larissa. She's always got a smile on her face, never acts dismissive or rude(even when she has a lobby full of impatient people) and it seems like she takes the time to get to know everyone that rents there. Whether she's cleaning or cutting locks, she makes sure to take the time to greet us when we come in. It's very impressive and refreshing to see a young woman interacting with people face to face rather than having her head buried in a phone. She's an A+++++ and deserves a big raise!”
“Yesterday on Route 67 I drove over something in the road and my tire went flat. I pulled into Action Moving and immediately two Action Moving employees came to my rescue. After removing the flat tire and before putting the spare on, they went back to the garage and put a plug in the flat tire in order for me to drive home at normal speeds which would have been impossible with the spare tire. To its credit, Action Moving's staff in my opinion have surpassed any and all expectations of chivalry and kindness in helping out a stranded motorist. Many thanks again to Carl and Egan (sp?), my two "knights in shining armor".”
“This is one of the better storage facilities that I have used ever. The staff is friendly and the storage areas are clean and safe. They offer lots of options in storage sizes and U-Haul trucks. Also they have climate controlled storage which in most cases you can't even get from some of the bigger named places like U Store it. Would recommend checking it out. Prices are very reasonable.”
“Nice storage place, the staff are nice and helpful. I just don't like the fact that you need a code to get out on cold days. but that's my personal reason still 5 stars, I'm just too lazy to download the app that I think they have oh well lol id recommend them and their in a convenient spot”

“I reserved a trailer online last evening. Showed up this morning and within 30 minutes I was on the road. Very easy, drop off was simple. They even hooked up the trailer and took it off the truck.”
“Yesterday I was driving a U-Haul trailer from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the trailer lights went out. we stopped at U-Haul Waterbury Downtown, and the young lady behind the desk stopped what she was doing and helped us assess the problem. They don’t work on trailers at this location, so she then directed me to the U-Haul in Naugatuck where they may be able to help me. They did; and I’m appreciative of her assistance in assessing and assisting with the situation.”
