“Last night we were driving a U-Haul trailer from Massachusetts to Virginia when the trailer lights suddenly went out. I stopped at the U-Haul Center in Naugatuck and the gentleman at the desk immediately stopped what he was doing to help us. He assessed a problem with a fuse on my car and replaced it. He filled our tires with air, gave my dogs some love and then wished us well on our way. We left with a very positive feeling towards U-Haul. I rarely feel that way about a company any more”

Super safe. Have gone here all hours of the day to drop off and pick up things. “I come at exactly 17:00 pm ( closing time), being upset at myself for missing it to make it earlier. Then I notice a lady still in store , who come out, and open the gate for me. Melissa was wonderful, she took her time to show me different storage units, and made hole process seamless. All I can say woooow , what an amazing experience!”
