“The post office in our town is the greatest. The nicest folks behind the counter in all my dealings with them, and I've been a customer for 35 years. Luis, Oxana, Scott, and Shaneeta are the best. It seems like they can't do enough to help. Passports, packages, etc. All good.”

“I have been renting a Post Office Box, I forward mail to my box for the last 6 months, I have only received junk mail, until today it was for someone else. I took the mail to the front and the woman with the tatoo on her right forearm, was rude and hateful.. this is the only post office in Tulsa that I know of, where employees seem to get away with it... if they have a supervisor he/she needs to be fired!”

“Wanted to leave a review for the phenomenal customer service received! I shipped a package to a client, and it autofilled with one city instead of another. I was able to speak to a woman (I unfortunately didn't catch her name.) and Robert, who helped get the package retrieved so my client could pick it up safely! “What a pleasure it was to deal with this Post Office. I had a problem with a package that was addressed wrong. They found the package and pulled it off the truck before it was returned. they then delivered it to the correct address. Never once did I get a negative vibe or was made to feel I was not important. I whish more people were like these employees that helped me.”
“The customer service rep Jomaris was very helpful over the phone. She called me regarding a claim that I had put in through the post office. She then stated when something changed in the system she would call be back to follow up. She definitely called back 2 days later. Jomaris went the extra mile in helping me. She was very pleasant over the phone. She definitely should be recognized for her hard work and dedication to the team! I thank her for following up and assuring my package was delivered! :)”

The employees were always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I used to drive past a different post office just to come to this location for better service!”
