I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I am having a mobility problem, and was hoping I didn't have to go into the post office myself. Guess I have to now.”

“I went for a passport appointment a little early and was told to wait in the lobby, then called back in at my appointment time. My passport photo I had with me didn’t meet the requirements but the woman at the front desk (with a gorgeous silk press) told me politely and quickly took a new photo of me. She took a great picture and even complimented me. She explained the process and wait times associated thoroughly and effectively and made sure I understood each part. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you!”
