Ken helped me pick out the right products for our home and installed them all. He's always been available if something needs fixing too. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. He was always on time and easy to work with. I had to run in to pick up a blind they fixed for us and noticed they sold vacuums too! I mentioned to Paul, the owner, that my vacuum was acting up. He graciously told me to bring it in and he would check it out. They ended up servicing it and it's working great now. When we're ready for a new Sebo, we'll get it there.
