“I’ve been with this bank since it took over. I’ve had nothing but excellent service. Everyone in the bank is great, from the tellers to the officers. I have had several problems arise where my account was compromised. They took care of the matter immediately. They were wonderful. My only problem I have ever had was the ATM was out, and no notice had been posted outside. I had to drive up to ATM, find out it’s not dispensing cash, and then having to drive all around to the grunt if the bank. That’s the only problem I’ve ever had.”

“Small local branch which is helpful and accessible. Manager Silvie is a lovely professional who knows what banking is, or should be, which is really about people. Counter and drive-up staff are old world...ie nice, welcoming, smiling and helpful. Have been there many years. Parking is EZ, coffee is gratis, and office folk know how to send international wire transfers. Office folk can be a tad more welcoming and less rote-focused.”

“I have been using key Bank for a few years now.. I was banking with them when they were Niagara bank.. I have a great checking account which is better for me than the competition.. I am processed a.s.a.p. and always greeted.. a nice local bank unlike b.o.a. the constrictor snake or that Wells and his Fargo.. yes a great bank . Enjoy..😀😎”

“It was kind of hard to find at first. It's on the road between Guitar Center and the Amazon center. I missed it the first couple times I drove past cuz its just a plain ATM with minimal signage.”
