“I was near tears in a panic today when I walked in, pregnant and pushing my toddler in a stroller, to let them know I was parked in their free air pump spot with my hazards on. I thought my gas tank was leaking. Jim was unbelievably kind and offered to take a look at my car for free. Turns out it was a simple fix- just a small clamp that rotted off and needed to be replaced. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding, and generous. They totally turned my day around. I’m so grateful! Thank you so much! Will definitely be coming back here.”
“If you’re looking for a good, honest, reliable + fare pricing auto shop, then High Tech Auto may just be the one for you. Yes, though owner Benny may be short fused sometimes + may not have the best bed side manners, I can always rely on him and his team to take care of my car + gives it what it REALLY needs. No frills or upsells. His second man Shawn, is an awesome mechanic and Benny is lucky to have him on his team.
You can gauge the business from the amount of cars they have on premises and the traffic that comes and goes. It is hard to find an auto shop that has good honest mechanics so when I found High Tech Auto, I trust only these guys. I think this is one industry that I can be a tad forgiving about customer service because like I said, it’s hard to find a good auto shop.
Benny’s ways may not be for everyone but isn’t that like anything else in this world?”
