“My wife and I went in together to get a must-needed pair of running/walking shoes. Sam was the one who helped us both out. He was *extremely* knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. We went through the process of getting our feet measured to ensure the best fit for both size and inserts, explaining the details as we went along. We each tried on around five or six pairs of shoes, as well as inserts, to fine tune the combination of fit and comfort based on personal preferences.
