“Needed to find some special shoes for some special feet. They only had two women's WIDE styles and only one color in her size but I'm leaving this review because she left a very satisfied customer! Especially for someone with picky feet! Store was neat and well stocked! staff wasn't putting pressure on us to make a sale but the two young men and the young lady who helped us with every consideration were a perfect sales team. It turned out she was a whole size larger than expected but they had it in wide! If you're looking for wides it's best to call them up first! They were very knowledgeable about the brand and if any management sees this: we got exactly what we hoped to get when we walked into this store. She put brand recognition before the other comfort-minded shoe stores on the same block and got exactly what she was looking for. She might have been overwhelmed by the new balance store and would have probably left with sneakers twice the price that would last half as long. So thanks! Staff was really casually helpful in precisely the way we needed. gave us room to look but were available and answered all our questions. We had such a good time, finding just what we needed at the first store we tried...so without any arm-twisting I got her some leather balm and boot socks too!! Would be a great place to buy a sweatshirt/flannel! They had a lot of jackets, backpacks and fanny packs! Ask about the leather cleaning products! Woohoo!”

“Came in to find a new purse. Came in to a lot of different selections. Handheld, backpacks, crossovers. Different colors, different shapes. A woman helped me right away, heard what I wanted, and made suggestions. Even showed me the 70 percent off selections. I put on the purse, tried it out, and purchased it. Like this outlet. Always clean, large space to move around.”

“We were able to get directly into the puma store on Thursday of tax free week 2020. Under armour, Nike and adidas all had lines- and I did not have the patience to endure the wait with my kids- so puma it is. It was our win- my daughter selected a windbreaker- originally marked $75 - $18.75. I got a BIT distracted when i purchased a pair of basketball shoes for my son originally $100- today $14.99- when I misread the UK sizing for the US. Oh well- for $15 my son will grow into them. A couple of t shirts and we walked out the door with $225 retail worth of puma for $47.72. Works for me!”

“The only shoe store I patronize. Clinton Bootery reminds me of the shoe stores my parents took us to when I was a little girl, before cheap, discounted retail ruined everything about shoe shopping. The saleswoman is wonderful, and so helpful and fun to converse with. She helped me pick out a pair of hiking boots on my last visit and, before that, a stylish pair of water shoes I can wear to the beach or out to lunch. If one pays a little more than at DSW or TJMaxx, it's well worth it for the quality merchandise (they carry many European brands), exemplary service, and confidence that one is walking out of the store with a product that does not need to be returned or relegated to the back of the closet.”
