“This is the best metro store to go to in town. They always have great customer service, especially Derrick. I came in for a new phone and it turned out that the other store I went to had charged me fees without my knowledge and it got my account cancelled. Knowing I was on a tight budget and needing a phone, Derrick went above and beyond to fix my account, wave the unfair fees and get me a phone I could afford. I wish I had gone here first and I recommend anyone with T-Mobile/metropcs to do the same.”
“This is best service ever ok.They will make you run around in circles to different stores wasting gas. Never help get upgrade for a new phone. They keep telling me to call the online service, then the online service tells to go to the store. Never again then store clerk tells me it will be $498 to upgrade the iPhone 11. That’s the upgrade and if the online representative said something different they do not do what they can do call them back. So I did then the online representative said go back to the store only the store can do upgrades to phone plan and I have been a customer for 5 years. This is craziness. So I ask for a supervisor politely no attitude at all. Then they tell they only can give me an android upgrade to stay when I got a iPhone and can go to boost mobile for a better upgrade for a iPhone. I even told them I like thier service is their anything can do even if I pay more for the upgrade they said no only the store do upgrades. Then they have promotions online for iPhones they won’t give online im very confused on why should I stay with them ever again. This company will make run around waste gas almost $4.00 a gallon to do nothing then tell go back a different location store this is craziness. Help please”
“I am a Metro PCS customer since 2015. I have recently upgraded my phone to the 5G at the Chase Avenue store in Waterbury CT. The sales lady was extremely nice and went above and beyond my expectations, transferring not only my contacts and photos from the old phone to the new, but surprisingly all my apps. I highly recommend Metro PCS. They offer a clear plan without hidden fees and the service is excellent.”

“Take Five provided a home theater system with a 77 Sony OLED TV; marantaz receiver, Apple TV, Moon audio speakers, all integrated with Control 4. So with a single remote I can control watching TV, Streaming through Apple TV and listening to streaming music through Tidal. The remote has a touch screen and can change channels by voice or find shows to watch, by voice, on the Apple TV. It all works seamlessly, thanks to Marc the technician. Bob was responsible for the specifics of the various components to make my system look and sound extraordinary. He is very knowledgeable on that front and I highly recommend Take Five for any home theater and audio needs.”

My dad sent me there for a head unit many years ago, because he was a customer there and now over the years I have taken at least three of my vehicles over the years which also includes my two sons vehicles for various needs.I recently replaced my stock radio in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Barry helped me select the perfect replacement unit (with an awesome LCD screen and great features at a good price for within my budget).Barry is knowledgeable beyond words. He takes the time to make sure every job is done completely which INCLUDES the aesthetics of each job (radio squarely placed, wires hidden, the sound balance, etc). Quick appointments, fairly priced, relaxed atmosphere… Stands behind his work. Very pleased.I’m looking forward to purchasing my son a remote starter for the Holidays. “The family is very well knowledgeable of their merchandise if you have a problem with your merchandise then gladly would come back and fix it they have 90 days for you merchandise they do accept cash and they're coming back to my house because my dryer is not working and they're going to fix this for free and if it's not able to be fixed they might give me another dryer our recommend them to anybody the mom is very friendly the kids are friendly and they're willing to help and they're not overly priced so if you're looking for a new washer and dryer or a used washer and dryer or a stove or refrigerator that is a place to go I recommend them to anyone. “People like to hang out here! Depending on the time that's the kinda crowd you will find! No seats & tables but they will stand at the register talking & talking! Sometimes just buying ticket after ticket ! Scratching in search of those millions! You can always come in and grab hot food and coffee or on a hot day some chips and a slurpee !! They now have an iPad "BELLY" at the counter for you to check-in and accumulate points towards free coffee food snacks, and slurpee for a year ! I something like that you need 5,000 points! At 5 points a visit it doesn't seem that hard. All it takes is your email address and a belly card! Easy enough!! They also have gift cards and charcoal for that BBQ on the whim !!”

“I went to the Brass Mill mall location for help getting my sons phone reset because of problems with the screen. I had been to 2 other locations for help and was pretty much blown off. “Clean, Pleasant, and Kind, the Staff know a lot it's hard to have sooo many selections as in smokes, drinks, Snacks, and Everything as We love about 711 as a kid. Went to the schools. Still dislike the Parking lot it's clean but, not enough lighting. It's fine during the day but, night it's tooo much for me. Need more night staffwith all the Uber eats etc.”
