Yes I am supposed to be qualified for free cable they came to hook up my cable I had to call them to waive the service fee for the technician to come out my cable works when it wants to every time it doesn't work I have to call Comcast Xfinity to reboot

Be prepared to wait forever. I moved and had to return my old device. Idk why and neither do the reps. Also, turns out that my service was turned off by the rep instead of transferred. Causing issues with ACP and autopay. Thank you.
