“I went into T-Mobile the other day after my phone started to crap out on me. I had Verizon prior to this and was in desperate need of a phone and I needed one ASAP Especially since I rely on my phone for work. It was a bit of a situation and we had about every possible but Ken went above And beyond to make sure that I didn’t lose any of my data and I had the most affordable option for what I was eligible for. They even sent me off a little goodie bag and told me all about the awesome free perks I’m going to get now. “Review is for the drive up pickup. Ordered a few cases of soft drinks with a sale on the target cartwheel promo. Used the app to checkin that I was on my way and when arrived about 7:50pm clicked that I was there and in a spot. My order was ready for my pickup within 2 minutes. Significant improvement from prior drive-up pickups at the same location. Can't beat the convenience of not having to drag kiddos into the store and avoiding the impulse purchases! Curbside pickup is a budget saver!”
