“I must say that Elm City Wireless is a life saver. My son was visiting and dropped his iPhone 11. I literally called at 6:45 pm they close at 7:30. I asked if it was to late for the repair the gentleman said you get here I fix it in 20 minutes. I arrived at 7:00 pm and true to his word by 7:20 pm I had my son’s iPhone in hand with a new screen. This is my go to cell store AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ????Thank you”
“The repair was very inexpensive, especially compared to the price of replacing the phone, even through insurance. For $31 and a little over an hour wait I got a new screen installed on my phone. The guys working are very nice, extremely professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this store, and this option, to anyone with a broken screen!Parking was easy too, which was surprising in New Haven. 10 out of 10. Extremely satisfied.”

My phone suddenly encountered the dreaded "black screen of death," and it left me unable to log in to work, resulting in a day's worth of lost pay.Joseph, who happened to be the only representative on duty the next day, went above and beyond to address my concerns. Despite being the sole point of contact, he exhibited exceptional patience and professionalism throughout my visit. He dedicated his time and efforts to assist me, even working with me until closing time while still looking into the needs of other customers!!!!Joseph demonstrated remarkable multitasking skills by coordinating with other reps and reaching out to customer support. My phone was in a dire state, unable to receive or make calls, but Joseph's unwavering patience, persistence, and determination prevailed. My phone was not taking charge.so I get a new phone.so the case was extra.they use to give a case.screen protector is a little small.and he didn't tell me no kickstand.also I asked if any charging cube is good.he said yes.but wrong.the wire has two small ends.no USB end.and as a customer we should get a deal.like new customers.anything off will be nice.”

“My iPhone X froze. Couldn't shut it off to reset as I normally do. Took it to my phone carrier's store & they pitched hard to sell me a new phone. They recommended to upgrade it. Just as second thought took it to Apple Store in New Haven. Logan at the Genius Bar unfroze it, ran some diagnostics & said my phone is fine. Despite that I wanted to look into an upgraded model. Sales gentleman Howard looked my phone said unless I'm looking for a better camera my phone is fine. Such honest services & recommendations. These guys are true class acts!”
