“Excellent, delicate and creamy duck foie gras. I spent a summer in France learning about foie gras and have finally found a nice buttery foie gras grown right here in the NE. Came in nicely wrapped individual packages and tasted very fresh. Highly recommended.”

“One of the best ribeyes I have had. Popped these suckers on the grill and after a quick sear and 8 minutes a side these were done. The steaks were cut thick (1.5 inch) and although it isn't the easiest to cook they came out great. Also got some steak tips which come thicker than how I normally get steak tips. We also got some chicken tasted good and fresh. We grilled all the heats and loved them. The ribeye was the standout and I would highly suggest you get them. We got the 1.5 inch chops but maybe thinner would be better. All that matters is that the meat was fresh and top quality. I will be back when in the area!”
