“I went into T-Mobile the other day after my phone started to crap out on me. I had Verizon prior to this and was in desperate need of a phone and I needed one ASAP Especially since I rely on my phone for work. It was a bit of a situation and we had about every possible but Ken went above And beyond to make sure that I didn’t lose any of my data and I had the most affordable option for what I was eligible for. They even sent me off a little goodie bag and told me all about the awesome free perks I’m going to get now. His customer service was top-notch, He was straightforward about how everything worked, and I did not feel like I was Having products or deals shove down my throat, there’s nothing worse than that.
